The vestibular aqueduct and the vestibule on the right are dilated as are the origins of the semicircular canals. The middle and apical turns of both cochlea show poor definition, worse on the left. The ossicles are abnormal on the right with abnormal globular shape and positioning. On the left, again noted is a minimal soft tissue abnormality and external canals. The pars flaccida is thickened and there is retraction pocket with abnormal soft tissue in Prussacks space, consistent with cholesteatoma.
