FINDINGS: The osseous middle and inner ear structures are normal in appearance bilaterally. The mastoid air cells are well-developed and well-pneumatized. The cochlea, vestibular aqueducts and vestibules are normal in appearance and configuration bilaterally. There is mucosal thickening in the ethmoid sinuses, left sphenoid sinus and in the maxillary sinuses bilaterally, left greater than right. The visualized portions of the brain parenchyma and globes are grossly unremarkable.
