The mastoid air cells are under-pneumatized bilaterally, particularly on the right. The visualized brain parenchyma and paranasal sinuses are unremarkable. There is calcification involving the bilateral internal carotid and vertebral arteries, likely on the basis of renal disease given history of renal transplant.
